 what I did:
 - took the head of cylinder 3 to a specialized motor repair shop. They 
 inspected valves, valve stem , seat, push rod and proposed to put 
 everything back because there was no wear, no deformation.
 - what I did.
 - Made a dry run and later 2 flights of  .5 and 1 hour. No particular sign.
 I will see through the exhaust channel for the other valve stems.
 Some Jabiru 2200 Motors have special blades mounted to the propeller 
 cone to give better cooling while the motor circulates on runways. I 
 will see for this element in Blois, next weekend.
