What’s the best paint for interior plastic? It obviously needs to be very flexible and something I can color match. Has anyone ever heard of spraying MEK lightly on the plastic prior to painting?

There is a product line by SEM available at auto paint shops for
royalite and other ABS type plastics in numerous colors, with prep spray
treatments. Very commonly used in certified planes to restore the
royalite panels.

I'm using the Stewarts system paint line for my exterior, they have a 1 part polyurethane for interior. Easy to use and although I have not used this product, their other products have worked well for me so I see no reason why it would not be a good alternative for you.

Wayne,
I'm painting my interior with JetFlex from Sherwin Williams.
They have a primer that's made exactly for plastics.
More info here: http://www2.sherwin-williams.com/aerospace/jflex.asp
