Pulsar Avs,
I just saw that the battery manufacturer Concorde, is now supplying a battery for LSA and experimental.

Almost twice the size (volume wise) of a sealed lead acid UB12180, same weight, a lower capacity of 11AHr verses 18 AHr and only $199.50 for the Concorde verses $39.20 (UB12180 purchase I made last last month). Wow, that is one expensive battery if it is required on certified LSA.
