From the picture you posed, it looks like a very nicely-built M3-classic. You should have many hours of fun, reliable flying in your future!
I was intrigued with the small fairing installed between the gap seal and the windshield top. I too, would like to have such a fairing for my Mark-3, but the Kolb factory does not manufacture these. The one on your airplane is likely homemade, by the builder.
Is it a fiberglass fairing? From the picture, it looks like it is attached only to the leading edge of the gap seal – true? Just trying to get ideas, for when I fabricate my own.
