A person can become a Pulsar list "insider" by subscribing to the Pulsar
Matronics list on the Matronics subscription page here:
http://www.matronics.com/subscription/
Once subscribed and receiving the individual postings or the digest the
person may then use the navigator site here:
http://www.matronics.com/Navigator/?Pulsar-List
to do an archive search on the Pulsar list and come up with a poster's email
address.

Thank you everyone for putting me straight and showing I didn't read the
instructions when signing on.
Unfortunately living in Africa you get all the Nigerians, Ghanains, & the
rest of Africa trying to hack in so anything like this just doesn't go down
well, we report these incidents to Mailabuse and they arrange for the
offenders to be disconnected from thier ISP.
I wish it was more private like Pulsar-Builders, and just hope it doesn't
put a damper on things.
Lets carry on as usual
