That was me. I've been through three sets with the manufacturer now. I've
rejected all three because they did not match the drawing I provided them. The
problem is they can't seem to get the hooks to align properly. I'm now trying to
get my money back, but they are being "difficult".

John Wheeler was taking names for the springs at SNF. I'm on the list.
Might want to give him a call.
