goodday,
My gascolator sits under the extended baggae bay 'bench', second
compartment from starboard wall and incorporates a 1/8NPT female socket for
priming or fuel pressure sensor. I should like to add the latter to give me
a sense of the pumps outputs nearby.
Please, what is a suitable sensor for remote reading to either a
separate gauge or to one of the digital screens? I hope this is definite
enough as haven't chosen the EFIS system for engine display as yet.
I have no savvy in the field of sensing/gauges for this
endeavour. A source such as ACS catalog or store near Toronto-Buffalo is
also welcome.

I might suggest that you consider using the fuel pressure reading that =
will be in the engine gauge in your engine moniter what ever that will =
be. Just use a toggle switch to switch the sensor wire for one sensor =
(sender) to the other. Install the second sensor as planed and label =
the switch.

That is how my unit is hooked up. I used the VDO pressure sensor and
have it hooked to my Rocky Mountain Instruments engine monitor. Be aware
however that all this is good for is to tell if the pumps are working
properly. To do troubleshooting you need a differential pressure gauge
hooked across the pressure regulator on the 914.
