All,
I'm nearing completion. Really. I'm just weeks away! (HAHAHA!)
I've checked into insurance and they want me to have five hours in a tail
wheel Kitfox before they'll insure me. How have you handled a similar
requirement? Is there anyone within Bonanza range of SoCal that would be
able to help me obtain the five hours? I'm currently getting refreshed in
tailwheel flying in a Decathlon, but that won't necessarily make me
proficient in a Kitfox.
Thanks in advance,
Guy Buchanan

Have you tried Falson. It was interesting that they insured me after having
5 hours "IN" a kitfox but not as pilot in command. I think they may have
changed that policy since. When they insured me, I told them twice that I
had only rode in one for 5 hours and was not the PIC. They said, "that
counts".

An interesting concept. I will try them, though. Thanks for the tip.
