I am looking for a flying Commander 520-560-680 to purchase.  I have not had any luck.  Does anyone have any leads?  And any suggestions in what to avoid.

Hi David,



I know where there's a 680FLP, hasn't flown in a couple years, needs some 

hydraulic work.  I flew it for 1,000 hours over 6 years until the owner 

hangared it about 2 years ago when his business went down hill and he 

couldn't afford the plane.  It's still run up now and then and I think the 

annual is kept up.  Engines about 600-800 hrs as I recall.  Mr RPM 

Conversion, IO-720s.



Here's a picture of it from a few years ago.  Probably still looks this 

good, other than probably needing to be washed.



I've removed the N number as I'm not the owner, but I can get you in touch 

with the owner.

there is a 680E on myplane.com.

N777LS and they are asking $60,000.

It has the new props from JimBob.

I have found two engines, GSO-480's, that do not have log books for parts.

I might sell my 680 . The engines have less than 500 hrs and running fine .  I have two planes and don`t kneed two . I love flying it but might sell it ,  still can`t make up my mind . Gil
