				Hi Bill,
I talked to Dave today about the cowlings. He'll be hiring a guy sometime the second week of December to help with laying up the sides; it's a two man job. He said he'd like to be sure how many cowlings there'll be so he can do all the hard parts at the same time.
I told him I'd double check to see if you're still on schedule for a cowling. I've got a call into Bobby also to see if he still wants one. It would be great if I could sell 6 by the end of the year. That would lower the install cost for your cowling to $10,000.
Hope all is going well and you're doing a lot of flying.

I just got home and would like to ask If ok with you lets make it tomorrow and you can show the group the cuff at same time. Good news is I have a couple of new accounts that may get me up to a new cowling by the end of November. But in the meantime if necessary I love the cuff so much I would pay for it and just keep flying with it with no one the wiser.\ approved or no. As said before it really works considering how simple it is.

  Thanks and see you tomorrow.

  Bill

 Just an update.

As of today, I have 3 cowlings sold, to be installed here in Auburn, for $11,000. This is a savings of $2500 to $3000 over what the price will be on orders after December 1, 2012.

The new price as of Dec 1st still doesn't cover my cost on the baffles. But, it's a start.

I'm thinking of offering an additional discount if I can get deposits for a total of 6 cowlings by December 1st to be installed in Auburn.
