Hey guys,

Anyone know the front to back dimension between the front and main
wheels on a 601. Imagine a line connecting the two main axles...It will
be the dimension between the center of this line and the front wheel
axle.

My buyer wants to rent a trailer and this is going to be a critical
dimension for him.

Thanks a bunch

Frank

Frank,

Per the distances obtained when doing the W & B for my 601HD, the distance
between the nose gear axle center and the main gear axle center is 46 1/8".
Hope this helps.

Frank,
My trailer's tire stops for the tri-gear 601 are 75-1/2-inches center to
center main gear width
and the axle center lines distance front gear to mains is 46-1/2-inches
The trailer is best selected as a dual axle, small tires type used
mainly for moving snowmobiles.
They are low to the ground and have some width. You need 7-ft width and
a 12-foot length.
48-in frame width and capacity of 1000 lbs.

Try to get the planes position so CG is nearly on the front axle.

Good luck,
