Check out the Kevlar air bottles carefully. In the aerospace industry they are life limited, they are usually a lighter bottle (thinner wall) with the Kevlar wrapping for strength. They are sensitive to fill rate (temperature rise) and number of fill cycles (stretch), but they are lighter. A 6000 lb rated bottle may never pose a problem.
