Need help from the brain trust.
Have mag drop on Mag 1 on Housai engine. Auto plugs and harness. Started engine using only Mag 1 and discovered cyl 1&2 remained cold. On mag 2 they fire up. Checked plugs, checked resistance on wires (around 150ohms) and inspected and cleaned mag and cap. Is that too high a resistance on wires? If not, what else?
Thanks,
Gil

FYI. replaced plugs. Then checked wires. Cleaned mag and cap. Then checked points gap. Then replaced mag cap. None of these fixed problem. Finally replaced mag itself which fixed the problem. So, how can a bad mag affect only two cylinders?
