GTN-650 White Noise

I have been struggling with a continuous white squelch noise in the headsets regardless of where the SL-15 comm selector switch was selected to the Dynon radio or the Garmin GTN-650 radio. 
I called Dynon tech support and they walked me through an internal setting to adjust the squelch through the Skyview display so I no longer am getting white noise from the Dynon. I am still getting white noise from the GTN-650. 
Does anyone  know of an internal squelch adjustment in the GTN?

If you have a newer (post 2013) unit, Try starting at a level of at least 75. Sounds really high but Garmin changed the way the squelch was mapped in late 2013, and a setting of 75 puts the squelch at the “original” 0 setting.
