I’ve been reading the series of articles on the Sport Pilot page on the “Ideal Rotax 912 Installation”. In Part 4 there is a small note on a graphic saying that when the engine is off, the connection between terminal C on the rectifier and the battery should be broken to avoid discharging the battery. I don’t see a provision on the Skystar wiring diagram for this. Have any other 912 owners accounted for this? The obvious thing seems to be wiring it through the master switch.

Thanks

The Master switch breaks the battery connection. There is no need to do any other wiring.
