Here is an APROX that should be close....?
from the center of the leading edge to trailing edge will be your zero, then at about 3 or 4 degrees, you should be darn close....

Hi Lance.
There are two screw/plugs on the left side of your C gearbox. Level your plane, remove the top screw/plug and fill gearbox until oil starts to leak from this hole. Replace, tighten, safety-wire and you're good to go.

I guess I shouldn't trust my memory for this stuff anymore. Rotax manual says 200cc for C box with prop shaft offset upwards. Doesn't say if that's the top or bottom hole but if Dave says bottom, he's probably right. Sorry for the confusion.

[quote] Hi Lance,
Set it in level flight ( door frame level or close)
You will have 2 fill holes on side of C box, remove the lower one and fill from the top vent plug on very top of box until it leaks out the lower fill hole on side. Let sit for 5 mins or better till it done dripping.
Put screw back in and safety wire. Check safety wire on drain on bottom of Box and fill vent if req'd.
You are all set.
Go and have fun
Dave.
