How is the rudder post on a firefly attached AN3bolts or 3/16 rivets

The rudder post is steel and welded to the tail boom ring assembly. The
vertical stabilizer slips over the steel post (tube) and is riveted to the
steel post. These and the rivets for the rudder hinge use longer rivets to
accommodate for the internal steel tube.
I can dig out my Firefly plans and look up the details if you would like.
