I agree that the "pooling" of the drool is now further than the snot bottle - but, I argue that the line and components are all SS, except for a brass elbow+union (perhaps better than the stock snot bottle?), and is purged every flight, sometimes during the flight.
Working nicely so far and saves getting my pants and shoes sprayed when the wind is just wrong.

Nothing happens - the check valve is upstream, so all pressure is kept in the system. I have noticed that after about 20 minutes with the relief valve open, my bottle/system pressure comes down from 45 to 42. Thus, I have some leak at high pressure. When hangared, and bottle valve closed, it take 2+ days to bleed down, so system is pretty tight at low(er) pressures. Hope the airplane can't read, because sure enough, now I've jinxed it.
