I am not sure where to post this YAK 52 or M14P engines.
Bad news on my side, I had my engine mount ring and engine mount arms tested for cracks, and unfortunately one of the lower arms has a crack. With the differences in mounting rings, does anyone know where i can get a replacement arm? Or have mine fixed? Hope I can get a replacement arm or a fix that fits my engine mount. Or I guess the next choice is to find a new ring with all 4 new mounting arms.
I have received two mounting rings from Richard Goode, prior to finding this problem and neither of them fit my arms, and firewall. Richard told me they made 3 different rings for the different Yak 52s, mine is the Yak 52TW. I am hoping to find a lower engine mounting arm that fits my airplane. Or a set of the mounting ring and 4 arms that i can replace mine with that fit my firewall and engine.
Hopefully I can figure something soon.
Please let me know your ideas.
