Greetings from Kansas. We are just 8 days away from Pulsar arrival date at KLWC. I am looking forward to seeing everyone and having a great weekend with friends. Thursday, I will have the motor home at the airport and parking airplanes as they arrive. We will have one Pulsar and Starlight arriving by trailer for our inspection so we will work to get things unloaded and could use help so come on out to the airport.
The weather report keeps changing but this morning it looks like isolated thunder storms Friday and partly cloudy the rest of the time. The event plan is flexible based on weather. We would like to get some flying in on Saturday if weather permits.

9:00 Garmin will share aviation products designed for experimental aircraft.
10:30 Shared experiences with three Pulsars Bob Hartunian

1:30 Shared experiences with Q and A
We will be hearing from Terry Armstrong, USAF F15 driver and Gary Kremers, three time aircraft builder, and more.
5:30 Dinner catered in conference room
6:30 - ??
Saturday 9/21/24
Breakfast at hotel
8:30 Go to airport
11:30 Lunch catered at airport
12:30 Caravan to Atchison for Amelia Earhart Museum
6:00 Dinner and program in hotel conference room
Please remember we will change schedule as weather dictates. This is Kansas and the weather changes daily. We want to make sure we have some flying time. At this point, Sunday is looking good for returning home. If weather issues arrive for those flying in, we have a large hanger in Topeka and sleeping quarters, so please feel free to fly in. Facilities are always available for Pulsar family.
Be safe, we are going to have a special weekend.
