Who can tell me what the actual height of the0 vertical fin is on with the plane on it's landing gear? Trying to figure out if0 it will fit in the shop.

According to the Zenith web site, the hight is ten feet even.

But if you put a really nice coat of paint on it, the tail will sag lower under the immense weight.
