The Europa Club has paid the following tribute to Karen Pool, and made a donation to the families chosen charity.

"On behalf of all the Members of the Europa Club, we wish to pay tribute to Karen. For many years, we benefited from her deep knowledge and experience of all things Europa, and her kindness and patience shone through in all our dealings with her. Nothing was too much trouble, and she often went that extra mile in identifying and ensuring she found that elusive part we often so desperately needed. Some never had the pleasure of meeting her face to face, but even those that did not could recognise not only the efficiency she brought to her role, but also the genuine warmth and willingness to help we could hear in her voice. To Jon, her sons, and all her extended family, our sincere condolences. "
