Just to update everyone on this issue.  After running the RPM up to around

2000 and doing slooow cycles of the prop, I began to receive a significant

RPM change.  I didn't fly it until I had about 300 rpm difference.  Thanks

for all the advice on this issue, it helped me a bunch
