Hello all, Anyone have any suggestions on fastening the side windows on my 801 doors and fuse.? Is just a sealer and rivets OK ?

Dan: I don't know if you got an answer to your question, but that's what I
did. Be sure to drill oversize holes in the Plexiglas using a Plexiglas
drill or you will get cracking. I also cut tubing and put in the holes to
add cushioning. Still got some cracks.

Someone once told me the way to put a hole in Plexiglas is with a hot
welding rod. The edges of the hole thicken and heal into a stronger
retaining ring that is better to rivet to... Others say it will crack
faster...
Try it on a small piece of scrap.
