at sun fun several years ago I saw the pelican go in the ditch, I helped the widow and her sun pack up and go back east I hardly new the pilot and only met his widow as we weighted for the ambulance and police to take us to the hospital. I have been a volunteer 15 years at sun & fun by far that was the worst job I have ever had.the survivor a teenager grandson of a volunteer has had a real hard time dealing with the crash his leg and ankle healed but he was never the same mal kolb and kitfox and float pilot
